Banana Wrap

On more than one occasion I've come across a variety of fruit wraps recipes, the banana wrap being our favorite. Here are the ingredients I use...so simple, healthy and bonus, my kids LOVE it!




































I first discovered Justin's Peanut Butter blend with Honey at Starbucks in their protein plate. I spent months searching for this brand in all of the health food stores and grocery stores to no avail. Finally they've caught on and have begun stocking it on the shelves of the places I shop regularly. I love this stuff and so do my kids.



I recently noticed that Smucker's now has organic jelly so we gave it a try this week. It's not bad but my only complaint would be that it doesn't spread very well. Just spread peanut butter and jelly onto flatbread. I use Flatout Multi-Grain with Flax which is high in Omega 3. Then place the banana onto the bread and gently roll.

 Voila!
