5 Moments You Would Live Over Again

Listable Life is on week 5!  I chose 5 Moments You Would Live Over Again.

1. My boyfriend (now husband) and my first road trip across 7 states.

2. The day my husband proposed, he rented an airplane for the day and as we were flying very close to the town where I grew up, I heard those words every girl waits her whole life to hear (maybe not every girl...maybe not these exact words) "So, are you going to marry me or what?" with a diamond ring in hand and a smile on his face.  I was on top of the world.  That was kinda a big proposal for this small town girl.

2. My Wedding Day

It was the most perfect day ever.

3. To relive the feeling of seeing a positive pregnancy test...twice.  Miracles do happen and that is when I knew all of the struggles happened for a reason it made me appreciate everything so much more as I saw those two lines for the first and second time.

4. Watching my little ballerina dance to Amazing Grace by Chris Tomlin. I can't think about it much less talk about it without the tears rolling.  To watch my sweet little girl dance so beautifully brought out emotions I didn't even know I had. I finally understood.  My husband looked at me and said "I guess this is what parenting is really about".

5. Watching my son take my daughter under his wing with the same love and affection we as parents show her. He will always watch over his little sister and that pleases me to no end. They truly are best friends and I will cherish these moments forever.

  1. This brought me to tears!!! Such a lovely post. And...umm...and airplane proposal? I got a kitchen. But, it was in front of all of my family, so Craig knew that was perfect in it's own right. LOVED this Sherry. XO.

PS: May I request the removal of comment verification/captcha? I'm on my third try....LOL.

AND thank you for letting me know about the comment verification. I didn't even know that I had it set for that. Totally annoying. It has now been removed.
