Italian is one of my favorite cuisines and I am lucky enough to have a 100% Italian girl as one of my closest friends. Iole has a small business in which she teaches the Italian language along with Italian cooking. What an experience this was. She is an amazing cook, I can't even describe to you how delicious these pizza's were. Homemade pizza crust, fresh mozzarella with all the freshest of vegetables....DIVINE!!
What a feast!! Lucky for me the girls and I couldn't eat it all so the leftovers were ALL MINE!
