Fashion Full Circle

Now I know how my mother felt when bell bottom jeans came back. It's bittersweet.  Aside from the fact it makes me feel like a dinosaur, I'm kinda glad they're back.

I recently tried the Ray Ban Wayfarers on and thought DANG, these look as good on me now as they did in 1985!!  Trust me, that never happens since for me, shopping for sunglasses is much like bathing suit shopping...ugh is right!  Still, I put them back and said "Not age appropriate, what are you thinking?".  Then about a week later I said "Whatever, I'm gettin' those Wayfarers".  I was cursed blessed with a squarish/ round shaped head (is there such a thing?)honestly the styles of the last decade(s) have not been particularly flattering.

These loafers remind me of the last of my college days and moving into my first grown up job. I loved these shoes and wore them for years.  Probably a year or so longer than I should have.

Last but not least one of my all time favorite bag trends:  The station by Coach.  In college I couldn't afford a Coach bag, not that I even knew what a Coach bag was then or any bag over $20 for that matter but I did manage to find a very similar style at JC Penneys.  My husband later purchased my first 100% authentic Station Coach.   I held onto it all of these years for sentimental reasons and am glad I did.  I'm slowly seeing it creep back onto many a shoulder lately.  So I too switched her up just today.

Now I just need to wait for the fold and roll to come back and then I will have officially had a second chance to wear all of my favorite things once again.  Oh wait, what do we have here?  On second thought.

What are some fashion trends you would like to see again?
